01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 555r5 platform ("we", "555r5" or "Platform") and the user ("you", "player" or "member"). These terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

We accept bKash, Nagad and Rocket for deposits on 555r5. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Once a deposit is completed it cannot be cancelled.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

3.3 Transaction Errors

04 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15x the total (deposit + bonus) amount must be completed.

• Example: If a ৳1,000 bonus is received on a ৳1,000 deposit, a total of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after the bonus is activated.
• Each bonus offer may come with separate conditions, which will be stated in the offer description.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Unfair use or abuse of bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements with low-risk bets.
• Coordinating with others to reduce the risk of bonus bets.

555r5 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

4.3 VIP Program

555r5 has three VIP levels for regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

05 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

06 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the internet connection is lost, active bets remain saved on the server and results are determined automatically.
• If a result cannot be determined due to a technical issue in any game, 555r5 reserves the right to make the relevant decision.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other matches), football (including FIFA tournaments), kabaddi and other sports:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded, however the conditions of specific markets may differ.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Betting is settled based on official results.

6.3 Casino and Games

The results of slots, fishing games, live casino and other games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own rules which can be seen in the game interface.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

555r5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Any violation of these terms.
